A letter from a “Left Unappreciated” foot... 💌🦶
As a podiatrist, I get some pretty intense letters, but this one from a disgruntled left foot really hit home.
The complaints are real:
• Being shoved into narrow footwear since 2016.
• 12-hour shifts with zero arch support.
• The “cute but comfortable” shoe lie.
• Barefoot gym shower exposures (the horror!).
The verdict? We support the petition for better arch support and basic respect.

SQUISHY ≠ SUPPORT. 🛑🦶
If you have been visiting that “weird foot section” at the local pharmacy and buying squishy, gummy arch supports, we need to talk.
Most people think soft means comfortable, but for foot pain, softness often means a lack of support. If your insert flattens out the second you step on it, it isn’t doing anything for your heel or arch pain.

ARE YOU SMARTER THAN A TODDLER? 🧠🦶
We asked the toughest questions, and the results are in:
• The fix for a broken ankle? A resident. ✅
• How many toes? Ten. (Nailed it). ✅
• The best shoe to wear? Crocs. (Dr. Fernando has never felt more betrayed). 🐊❌
The verdict? According to my kids, I have at least 700 feet and you should only wear Crocs. My medical degree is currently being questioned. 😅
