New Haven is embracing a housing-forward design mindset. Through zoning changes, higher density downtown, & thousands of units in the pipeline, the city is creating space for architects to rethink how housing fits into the urban fabric. More housing means more opportunities for thoughtful infill, adaptive reuse, & design that strengthens the streetscape. Cities evolve. Great architecture helps them do it well.🏗️🌇
