Phoenix Feeds & Nutrition welcomes Steve McGill as Dairy Nutrition Sales Consultant, bringing over 13 years of international experience in ruminant nutrition, precision feeding, and technical sales. Based in New Hampshire, Steve will serve dairy producers across the Northeast with tailored feed strategies that improve herd performance, health, and sustainability.

His career spans leadership roles in New Zealand and the U.S., including with Dairy Farmers of America and his own consultancy. Steve has coached producers in precision feeding techniques that boost feed efficiency, stabilize metabolism, and maximize income over feed cost. His strategic mindset and value-driven approach make him a key asset to producers navigating today’s dairy nutrition challenges.
