Our May Mania event was amazing!! We had a great turnout of incredible members who enjoyed two inspiring presentations by Noelle and Melinda, a delicious luncheon with scrumptious homemade cakes by Laura. There were 7 gorgeous baskets for raffle and bingo giveaways, candy guess prizes and candle centerpieces. Some pics below.

The New Haven Chapter Officers present the first Trivia Night!


Grab your coworkers or teammates and come test your knowledge!

We will be holding several rounds of medical related questions ranging from history, general knowledge to current day medical related topics.

When: Wednesday July 26, 2023
Time: 6:30 arrival to grab your seats 7:00 Trivia start time
Where: The Breakwall
305 Captain Thomas Blvd
West Haven, CT 06516

Details:

The chapter officers have secured the event space along with specials for you as the members and trivia participants.

The owners of Beef and Brew will be providing happy hour drink and appetizer specials for this event.

Food and drink will be at the cost of the member.


This event will have a capitation of 50 participants.

Since there is a cap on this event for RSVPs, first come first serve so if you are interested and able to come, please RSVP asap to secure your spot.

Due to limited seating and as a courtesy to your fellow AAPC members, RSVP only if you can attend.

If you RSVP and your plans change, please notify us asap through the newhavenaapc@gmail.com email.

If you have a team please let us know ahead of time so we can have the tables arraigned. If you do not have a team please do not be discouraged!

You can play independently or if you choose to, there will be other members that you can team up with for the event!

Final RSVP must be in by Friday, July 21st

This event is to have some good ole fun with fellow colleagues in the medical field while earning 1 CEU!

MayMania is upon us!
MayMania also known as Member Maynia is a time for chapter leadership to show members their appreciation for the continued success of the chapter and encourage new members to join. If you are new to AAPC, it’s a great time to connect with other members and learn more about your benefits. For seasoned AAPC members, it’s a time to reengage, network with new members, and connect with AAPC at the local level.


The New Haven Chapter will be holding the In-Person MayMania event.
Saturday, May 20th 1:30 pm- 3:30pm
The Courtyard Marriott
136 Marsh Hill Road
Orange, Connecticut 06477

The chapter officers would like to invite all established and new members to this event. All AAPC members are invited. You do not need to be a New Haven Chapter member.

This event will give be focusing on Making the Most of Your Membership. The chapter officers will be going over the AAPC website and reviewing where to gain knowledge, networking, leadership, mentorship, and career advancement.

This event does hold a $5.00 fee to attend. This amount will go towards raffle prizes and lunch. RSVP’s can be sent to newhavenaapc@gmail.com. The preferred method of payment will be Venmo.

Attendance has been entered for the Thursday Feb 16th OBGYN presentation with Barbara Shaw CPC CPCO CDEO CPMA CRC CEDC. Members attended from all over the world from the United States to India to Dubai.

We had over 350 attendees!
