Be alive from head to toe. Breathe deeply morning, noon and night, and when you draw in long full breaths, believe you are inhaling health, wisdom and success.
Anticipate good health. If it does not come all at once, consider it a mere temporary delay, and continue to expect it.
Instead of seeing yourself continously in your old bubble, vision yourself in a new bubble, moving forward, toward the healing of you in a new sense. See yourself already there!

Much like on our mats, we breathe deeply into the present allowing ourselves to be where we are at without judgement . We allow ourselves to show up just as we are loving ourselves with each breath. Following the breath to guide the movement. Bring yourself to this place off of your mat. Allow yourself to be where you are in this moment and find it satisfying. Find the peace that comes from being in love with yourself with out judgement. Find the peace that comes knowing that everything is in perfect divine timing . 🙏🏻✨

Broadcast Love


1. Take a minute or two to breathe in the feeling of love or appreciation you have for someone or something you care about. This increases the effectiveness of your Care Focus intention.
2. Feel your heart connecting with others across the planet who are sending love and compassion into the energetic field to help raise the heart vibration of humanity and reduce the collective stress.
3. Make a commitment to broadcast or radiate love to people, situations or issues, during and in between activities. Do this as often as you can remember. As you practice broadcasting love, feel that you are contributing to the highest best outcome for all.
4. Next let’s radiate our collective love and compassion to help ease political and social divisiveness and to people suffering or weary from the pandemic. Then ask your heart to direct some of the love from the Care Focus to other global or societal stressors that you care about or are close to your heart.

To nail down a strategy for self-improvement, you must uncover your essential “you-ness” – the values, interests and passions that define who you are in life and the world. Once you understand yourself, you’re able to define a clear vision of your best self and map out your route to get there.

Becoming the best version of yourself means getting back to your quintessential self. As straightforward as that sounds, it’s anything but: Authentic self-discovery takes courage and tenacity. To approach your essential self, you must turn away from distracting false beliefs that cloud or distort your self-perception.

Like most of us, you’ve built at least part of your identity on others’ expectations. The process of internalizing others’ values was unconscious, and bringing it to consciousness is the essence of learning how to become the best version of yourself. By learning to recognize and let go of whatever limiting beliefs are keeping you from self-actualization, you’re able to push forward and find the person you really are. If you’re not where you’d like to be, have compassion for yourself. You’re at a crossroads, and that’s fine. Don’t compare yourself to others.

As tempting as it is to feel inadequate, the truth is that each of us is fully complete just the way we are. It’s getting in touch with this essential self that will free you to become the best version of yourself.

Our minds have grown accustomed to our samskaras our patterns & conditioning some of these do not empower us but in fact keep us reliving our past and pain. Remember especially during these times to be present and choose to go beyond the fear of our minds and go beyond our preset beliefs of our own potential. Choose to transcend negative conditioning one moment at a time. 🙏🏻
