Can you believe it’s already been a month since our Open House?! ✨

We’ve been settling beautifully into the new space, and we’re so grateful for each of you who’ve come in to support, book, share, and grow with us 💛 As we continue to root into this next chapter at The Refinery, here are a few housekeeping notes to ensure the best experience for you — and every guest:

👋 Check in at the front desk
When you arrive, please say hello to our lovely front desk coordinator, Ava, and have a seat in the waiting area. Your provider will greet you and invite you back when the space is ready. Your mindfulness helps us hold a safe, sacred and undisturbed space for everyone.

This is now the only number to use for bookings, questions, or appointment changes. (Brooke is no longer using her personal cell for work inquiries so she can be more present with her family outside of the studio.)

🗓 Pre-book if you can — our books are filling quickly, and we’d love to keep you consistent in your skincare or energy care journey.

Beth Tessmer is a LMT& Reiki Master - owner of Moonchild Massage and Wellness, LLC

Beth has been practicing massage therapy since 2021 and is a certified Reiki Master. Her work blends therapeutic bodywork with intuitive energy healing to support both physical and emotional well-being.

Specializing in chronic pain relief and deep relaxation, Beth creates a calming, restorative experience that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. Clients appreciate their grounded presence and holistic approach to healing.

The Refinery Wellness Center is an expanding wellness sanctuary located in New Holstein, WI.
Our commitment to helping our clients look and feel their best (inside and out) is reflected in our quality services and dedication of our team.
We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join us and become a part of our growing team. Training will be provided.

Requirements:
▫️Contribute to the positive and uplifting atmosphere within our space
▫️Possess willingness to learn and pivot tasks accordingly
▫️ Provide exemplary customer service skills
▫️Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service experiences
▫️Stay informed on many service offerings and monthly promotions
▫️ Social Media Marketing (Meta and Canva)
▫️ Strong teamwork and communication skills
▫️Passion for wellness and desire for self-improvement
▫️Must be willing to sign HIPPA compliance to keep client confidentiality

This position is for an independent contractor role, not a W-2 employee position. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for your own taxes, benefits and expenses and you will have more flexibility in how you manage your work schedule.

Day/Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2-7 pm
Our lobby hours will be set from Monday through Thursday 2-7pm and we have the Monday & Wednesday role filled.

Good morning, my incredible clients and friends!

I am officially on maternity leave as we wait for the arrival of our two boys 🩵🩵 thank you all for being on this journey with me, for celebrating and supporting; your patience and understanding has gotten me through the tough days. I promise I will be back but I will be taking the transition into motherhood slowly to enjoy every moment can. I will keep you all updated on my return here.
