Willowdale Health Services has been serving Calumet, Sheboygan and Manitowoc Counties since 1971. We are located in a residential area of New Holstein. Willowdale Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is within eight miles of Calumet Medical Center, thirty miles of St. Nicholas Hospital and Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center and around thirty five miles of other surrounding hospitals that include St. Elizabeth, Theda Clark and Appleton Medical center. Our center is Medicare and Medicaid certified.

We got in the holiday spirit by taking residents to a Christmas light show. Without the help of Delightfully Calumet and all of the organizations helping with the light show, this wouldn't be possible for our residents.

Each and every one of our residents had a wonderful time! Our Activities Director and Maintenance man even decorated our transportation van for this fun activity.
