Willowdale Health Services has been serving Calumet, Sheboygan and Manitowoc Counties since 1971. We are located in a residential area of New Holstein. Willowdale Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is within eight miles of Calumet Medical Center, thirty miles of St. Nicholas Hospital and Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center and around thirty five miles of other surrounding hospitals that include St. Elizabeth, Theda Clark and Appleton Medical center. Our center is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
