it’s not easy, definitely not always comfortable, and totally requires expansion, but it’s so so worth it. ❤️‍🔥

some swirling thoughts lately as I *still* get my growing girlie off to sleep these days 💫

how blessed are we to be able to mark the childhoods of these sweet babies? to create a nervous system so firm in your showing up that they never wonder? to help their bodies know they are safe to drift off?

just love those quiet, tender, sweetest moments,
and I’m sure she does even more.🌛
i know little me once did.
