1. Q: Will you test me if I am asymptomatic? Q: My school, university, etc needs a negative Covid test result for me to attend. Will you test me? A: yes

3. Q: I'm going on a trip and need a negative test for travel. A: Yes

4. Q: I need a negative test to go back to work, will you test me? A: Yes

5. Q: Are the tests that you use FDA approved? A: All tests we use have an Emergency Use Authorization from the FDA. There are no tests currently that have full FDA approval.

6. Q: What are the accuracy rates for your tests? A: The tests that we have acquired have some of the highest accuracy rates for Covid 19 tests. Several factors can affect the accuracy of any diagnostic test. Two of the biggest factors that can affect accuracy is timing of the test given and the quality of the sample for testing. Even the best tests can give a poor result if the patient is tested too soon after possible infection, and if the sample extracted from the patient is insufficient. There is no diagnostic test that is 100% effective. Each individual is different, so more than one test may be needed to acquire the best result.

7. Q: Why does your viral test give me results in 15 min when other places take a week or longer? A: Minnesota Monitoring purchased the Sophia 2 SARS Antigen test and reader from Quidel. Due to having the machine on site, we can test your sample immediately while you wait. Other places outsource samples to get tested, therefore there is a delay.

8. Q: My (husband, wife, brother, sister, friend) tested positive and they live with me or I was
exposed to them should I get tested? A: You certainly can. That is entirely up to each person to make that decision for themselves. However, if you had an exposure to an infected person, you should follow the CDC guidelines and quarantine yourself as defined on their website.

9. Q: My (husband, wife, domestic partner, roommate) tested positive and I tested negative. Why is that? A: We see this happen quite frequently actually. It is still unknown why this occurs. However, if this person tested positive, and you live with them, you should treat that as a positive test for yourself as well. You may not get the virus, but based on your exposure to that person, you should quarantine per CDC guidelines.

10. Q: Do you take insurance? A: No, we don't bill insurance, but we will give you a detailed receipt, and your provider may reimburse you.

11. Q: Do you accept HSA (Health savings accounts) or FSA (Flexible spending accounts) credit cards? A: Yes, we will take them. However, not all of these cards are accepted, it depends on your plan.
