You’re so much stronger than you were when you started.

You’re inspiring to people who think they can’t do it and motivating to those who are doing to work to keep going.

You’re showing up even when it would be easy to stay home.

On a rest day, you should generally consume maintenance calories or slightly fewer (a 5-10% reduction) than training days, as you likely burn 300-500 fewer calories.

Let go of the guilt today if you feel bad you didn’t exercise. Recovery is part of a healthy workout program.

Schedule workouts and make an appointment just like meetings. The app is another accountability tool we offer besides being coached by a personal trainer, programmed workouts, commitment and community support.

Plan your training volume through class packs and/or private training packages, and add-on nutrition coaching and tissue treatment, to maximum your movement potential for optimal wellness. Pay upfront for a set number of sessions to be used within a specific timeframe.⌚️
