The stress of daily life can change your biochemistry and impair your recovery from injuries. Dr. Joyce and I can work wonders with chiropractic adjustments, but if you’re always pushing and don’t make time for play or rest, it may be contributing to your chronic neck or back pain. 🤕
I went rollerskating with my college roomie last night. I could have easily talked myself out of it because the event didn’t start until 9:30 pm(!), but I’m so glad I went. Not only did I get exercise, but I smiled so much my cheeks even hurt from the workout. 😆
