I was born April 16th,1954 in Montreal Quebec Canada, @ 2:22 am. I am a gifted from birth channeller medium and a professional psychic medium-energy healer and more! I have been giving messages from God to people since I could speak at the age of one. I went professional in 1994 after I survived ovarian cancer. The night of my dad Joe Morgan's funeral, I was saved by a large vision of Jesus. He said "Have Faith Marilyn things will get better". It did I did and it has been now 28 years since. Do Deep breath work! Practice your chouce of yoga postures help with mantras to center and focus. I prefer bed yoga now. I also recommend yard yoga , weather permitting . If you have limits you can still do yoga. Get outside for fresh air and when out, sunshine. 🙏❤️☘️🌞🌙Enjoy the bursts of energy to motivate you. Mindset is important. Aries rules the mind.
