has had an incredible time celebrating at Babylon Pride, Huntington Pride, and Queens Pride so far — and we’re not done yet! Catch us at Northport Pride this Saturday as we continue to show up, stand proud, and support our LGBTQIA+ community. 💖✨

Our annual food and hygiene drive for was another huge success on Saturday! thank you to all of our partners for showing up for our community in one of the best ways possible. Together, we donated around 120 bags of food and reached so many families in need. We could not have done it without your support, and we’re grateful to Angels of Long Island for having us again this year! 😇🪽

We’re teaming up again! 🏳️‍⚧️💞 Northwell Health is partnering with Angels of Long Island, Thursday’s Child, and our incredible local allies for our annual Food and Resources Donation Drive!

In collaboration with the Expressions BERG at Northwell, the CTC and the Client Advisory Board are collecting essential supplies to support our community at the upcoming Health Fair on May 17th.

Donation deadline is Monday, April 28th, and we’re collecting no perishable food, basic resources, and menstrual health products.

✨ Thank you for an incredible 6th Annual TGNCNB Conference! ✨

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, supported, and made this year’s conference at Hofstra University such a success! Your passion, engagement, and dedication to advancing care and inclusion for TGNCNB communities are truly inspiring. Also a big thank you to our keynote speaker, , who gave an incredible speech and presented the Center for Trans Care with a proclamation from Governor Kathy Hochul’s office.

We’re grateful to our incredible speakers, panelists, providers, volunteers, and attendees for making this event a powerful space for learning, connection, and growth. Together, we’re creating a more inclusive and compassionate future in healthcare.

Mark your calendars: our next conference will be hosted back at Hofstra on November 16, 2025. See you all again next year! Until then, let’s continue the conversation and keep moving forward. 💙

We are thrilled to announce that the 6th Annual TGNCNB Conference hosted at was recently featured in the Northwell News! This recognition highlights the success and impact of our efforts to provide education about medical care, social support, and unmet needs of the transgender, gender non-conforming, and non-binary community. We’re so grateful to everyone who contributed to making it a success and standout experience.

A special thank you to our dedicated team at the Center for Trans Care, our partners, and participants for their continued support. Together, we’re making meaningful strides towards providing gender-affirming healthcare access for all.
