Homemade Ghee (clarified butter).
Loaded with Butyric Acid, a short-chain fatty acid, known for its anti-inflammatory properties and potential to improve gut health. Also an excellent source of Vitamins A, D, E, and K, which are very important for eye health, skin, immune function as well as calcium absorption and bone health, and protection from free radicals.

“In the East, where new life stirs and healing begins, bamboo bends but never breaks—and the warrior stands in quiet defiance. In Feng Shui, this wall is more than décor—it’s intention. Strength and serenity. Rootedness and rise. A reminder that healing is both art and energy.” 🌿⚔️✨

🔥 Needle-Head Moxa for Shoulder Pain 🔥
Combining acupuncture with the warming power of moxibustion, this treatment targets chronic and stubborn shoulder pain by invigorating Qi and blood flow, dispersing cold, and promoting healing deep within the joints and sinews.

The burning mugwort (moxa) on the needle acts like a miniature radiant sun, enhancing the acupuncture effect and drawing warmth into key points along the Taiyang (Small Intestine and Bladder) and Shaoyang (San Jiao and Gallbladder) channels.

Perfect for:
âś… Chronic stiffness
âś… Old injuries
âś… Frozen shoulder
âś… Overuse syndromes

🧱 Ancient wisdom meets modern healing.
📍Have you ever tried moxa? Let us know👇

Igniting the sole, soothing the pain.

Kidney 1 — Yongquan (Gushing Spring) — is the first point on the Kidney channel, and the only point located on the sole of the foot.

Traditionally used to anchor the spirit and restore Yin, KD1 is also incredibly powerful for:

✅ Pain relief — especially when the pain is deep, stubborn, or rooted in deficiency
âś… Grounding the nervous system
âś… Reducing excess heat rising to the head (headaches, dizziness, agitation)
✅ Reviving the body’s vital force

🔥 In this treatment, we used direct moxibustion on KD1 to draw Qi downward, release tension, and support the Kidney’s role in nourishing the spine and bones.

For patients who feel burnt out, weak in the lower body, or consumed by pain, this method rekindles the root.

Because sometimes, relief begins not with pressure — but with fire.

This powerful technique combines acupuncture and the warming, tonifying effects of moxibustion. Small cones of moxa (mugwort) are placed on the ends of acupuncture needles and gently burned, delivering heat directly into the acupuncture points and deep into the meridians.

Ideal for chronic low back pain, cold and damp stagnation, or yang deficiency patterns, this method warms the channels, dispels cold, boosts circulation, and eases stiffness and discomfort.

After acupuncture and moxabustion for multiple aches and pains, we went into cupping to release any tension within the myofasciae and msucles. The myofascia plays a crucial role in body movement, posture, and overall function. It can also be affected by factors like stress, injury, or overuse. The reddish-purple marks serve as a diagnostic indicator of tension and inflammation.

Here we have an infertility treatment underway. “Fatima” is coming to me for help with her fertility goals.
In this photo we are using acupuncture and moxabustion. The points we are using are Zi Gong Xue, CV-4 and direct moxa over CV-6. The moxa over CV-6 will help with her vitality whereas acupuncture over Zi Gong Xue and CV4 are adequate for her fertility.

🔥 Ginger Moxa for Low Back Pain Relief 🌿
In Chinese medicine, ginger moxibustion is used to nourish the Yang, warm the meridians, and dispel Cold and Damp—the common culprits behind stubborn lower back pain. 🌀

A slice of fresh ginger is placed on specific points along the back, with moxa (dried mugwort) burned on top. As the heat penetrates, it stimulates blood flow, eases stiffness, and awakens the body’s innate healing power.

This isn’t just heat—this is targeted, intelligent warmth that speaks to your body’s deeper layers. 💨🔥
