Hello ALBA Medical customers. As you might know, our company has a "Human" Holter scanning department and a "Veterinary" scanning department for animals. Our human scanning technicians should not be affected by the upcoming hurricane. Our Vet technicians will possibly be short-staffed if the hurricane hits where they predict it will. We ask for your patience if there is a delay in our services in the next few days. We will have all hands on deck, and everything will get done.

When the website is upgraded in the near future, it will also contain a SSL security certificate, and then the websites address will begin the the letters "https" instead of "http".

What is happening to customers who cannot access the website is that the newest phone and internet browsers "assume" the "https" part and that assumption does not match the current website domain name.

Hello Facebook Friends! Happy New Year! Thanks for your business for all of these years.

Normally when we sell the DR400 Holter, it is delivered with a 3-year warranty. At this time, we have 2 DR400 Holters that have a 1-year warranty. The reason for this is that we had previously returned defective machines to the manufacturer, and they sent us new replacements, but had the balance of the original warranty.

So, we are selling these units for $200 off. These complete DR400 packages will cost $1295 each for the first 2 people who order them.

Hello Facebook friends. Happy New Year! Thanks for your business for all of these years.

We usually sell the DR400 Holters with a 3 year warranty. Sometimes we get units that are brand new but have a 1-year warranty. This happens because we had a defective machine that we sent to the manufacturer and they sent us a new replacement unit with the balance of the original warranty.

So, we have 2 brand new units to sell at $200 off!

Hello ALBA Customer!

As always, we thank you for your business over these years. Please note that we will not be shipping any orders from December 26-29. (Basically the last week of the year, between Christmas and New Years).

Our Scanning Department will be fully open, but both our Technical Support and Sales Departments will be covered by a Skeleton Crew. We will return all messages promptly, but we may or not may pick up live phone calls during this week.

We recommend that you place any necessary orders soon in order to ensure that you receive the materials you need before we are closed for shipping starting after Christmas.

We also recommend that you resolve any Technical Support issues before then as well.
