Our Story

Zen Retreat serves residents in the Long Island, NY area. Our idea of Zen Retreat began as a dream. The dream included a wellness center that was designed to promote self-awareness, better nutrition, and holistic healing.

At Zen Retreat, we are here to make sure your stay is a relaxing one as we pamper you with personalized services. We use gentle and holistic treatments so you know your stay will be calm and memorable. Our top priority is to soothe your body, spirit, and mind. We originally opened up as a day spa that provided facials, colon cleansing, body treatments, and massages.

We have expanded our services to include Ayurveda consultations, Panchakarma, rejuvenation treatments, teeth whitening and laser treatments . These treatments is very energized and make you feel that you can take on any challenge that comes your way.
