Sometimes it’s easy to fall prey to the stinking thinking that comes with anxiety. 😞 But just remember your anxious thoughts are usually worse than what’s happening in reality.

✨It’s nothing like the simple moments that make our lives grander.

It’s so easy getting caught up in the busyness of life and motherhood that we often overlook the simple things that mean so much.

The “thank yous”, the hugs, the laughter, joy, solitude, and so much more makes it all worth it. 🥰

In the chaos of it all, pointing out these small moments helps us to focus on the better parts of our lives and not what’s wrong it.

It’s okay to not be okay, it doesn’t make you a bad mom but it can put you on the right track. Acknowledging the rough times is the first step to doing something about it.

do as we do.

As moms, we have so much influence that's why it's important to be mindful with how we show up in our homes.

😮‍💨Practicing regular self-care, teaches our kids to care for themselves properly.

😌Setting healthy boundaries, teaches our kids to maintain healthy limits in our relationships.

😤Managing hard emotions, teaches our kids to resilience and strength.

✨Let’s be honest mamas!! The broken sleep, the long to-do lists, and the never ending loads of laundry can make motherhood even more draining. Not to mention, all it takes to raise healthy and happy kids.

Yes it has its challenges and to be honest, I completely hate some of those parts. It’s okay to admit. We can own up to those feelings and still absolutely love our children deeply.

Allow yourself to feel how you need to mama. 🫤 It doesn’t make you a bad mama, it just makes you human.

❌Don’t make worrying a habit.

When we worry often it can become a habit. It feels very natural and as we go through life, worrying seems like the answer.

We will even convince ourselves that if we don’t worry about things we won’t be able to solve the problem. We talk ourselves into believing that worrying solves the issues and helps us in some kind of way.

But it doesn’t. 😞 It just makes us feel more stressed and anxious.

Start asking yourself how often do you worry. You may find out you do it more than you think.

That’s so unfair to keep doing that to yourself. ✨But when you put words and expressions to your thoughts, feelings, and experiences it takes the power away.
