We are thrilled to celebrate Gloria Breaux as our July Resident of the Month at Consolata Rehab and Wellness Center! At 80 years young, Gloria has a heart full of love and a spirit that inspires us all.

Married for 15 wonderful years, Gloria cherishes the memories of her beloved husband and takes pride in being a devoted mother to her five children—three daughters and two sons. Her remarkable 20-year career in insurance sales allowed her to share her passion for meeting new people and connecting with her community.

Since joining us in February 2024, Gloria has embraced her new home with incredible warmth and enthusiasm. She has quickly formed meaningful friendships and has become an active participant in our daily activities, spreading joy and positivity wherever she goes.

We are truly honored to have Gloria as part of our Consolata family. Thank you, Gloria, for enriching our lives with your presence! 💖

Please drop off new boxed fan donations at Consolata Wellness & Rehabilitation. All fan donations will be given to the Council on Aging to distribute to our community seniors.

Join Us for Rosary and Mass at Consolata Wellness!

Good afternoon, dear community!

We are excited to share that at Consolata Wellness, we hold Rosary every Sunday to Friday at 10:00 AM and on Saturdays at 10:10 AM. Additionally, we invite you to join us for Mass every day at 10:30 AM.

Our doors are open to everyone, not just our residents and their families. We welcome all to come and experience the spiritual nourishment that our Catholic foundation provides.

For decades, Consolata Wellness has been a pillar in our community, proudly offering daily religious services through the continued support of the Diocese of Lafayette. We are one of the few facilities that provide Catholic services seven days a week, and we take great pride in serving not only our residents but also the wider community.

Come and be a part of our warm and welcoming environment. We look forward to seeing you!

🌟 Celebrating Community and Connection at Consolata Wellness!🇺🇸

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Gardenview Assisted Living for inviting me to be part of another wonderful celebration for their dedicated staff and residents. The popsicles were a fantastic treat and were definitely a hit to help everyone cool off on this warm summer day!

We also had a delightful 4th of July celebration at Consolata, filled with joy and laughter. A special shoutout to Fremins Food for providing delicious watermelon for our residents and staff to enjoy as a refreshing end to their lunch. It’s moments like these that truly bring our community together!

National CNA Week Celebration: We Are The Champs!

This week, we had the incredible opportunity to celebrate our dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during National CNA Week! With the theme "We Are The Champs," we honored the hard work and commitment of these amazing individuals who play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our patients.

A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful sponsors who made this celebration extra special: Tamara from Amedysis, Kim from Compass Behavioral, Emily from Heart of Hospice, and Southern Grace Hospice. Your generous contributions of treats and gifts truly brightened the day for our CNAs and showcased our appreciation for their unwavering dedication.

Father’s Day Celebration at Gardenview!

This Father’s Day, our residents at Gardenview had a fantastic time honoring the incredible men in our community! We celebrated with a delicious spread featuring good ole boudin, crispy pork skins, and refreshing beer to wash it all down.

Laughter and camaraderie filled the air as everyone shared stories and created new memories together. It was a heartwarming reminder of the joy and connection that comes from gathering with friends and loved ones.

Cheers to our remarkable fathers and father figures! Thank you for all that you do. Here’s to many more celebrations together! 🍻❤️
