We are officially closed for business. Dr. Edward Lisecki and our entire staff want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our patients for the many wonderful years you’ve entrusted us with your care.

Dr. Kyle Caswell has relocated to Abbeville Specialty Care Services at 2625 North Drive in Abbeville. You can reach his office at (337) 892-6901.

Please check back here in 2026 for updates on contacting and scheduling with Dr. Lisecki in Abbeville. He will be seeing patients for non-operative orthopedic care a few times monthly.

We are now offering PRP injections in our office!

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection is a biologic therapy that can stimulate healing and enhance repair in certain injuries. PRP often is referred to as an orthobiologic, since it is obtained from a patient’s own blood and centrifuged to increase the concentration of platelets to treat orthopaedic injuries and conditions. PRP injection may be a good alternative treatment in the management of tendon, ligament, muscle, and/or cartilage injury.
