Today was a BIG win 💙

We had the pleasure of collaborating with the wonderful staff at Pelican Pediatric Dentistry to support one of our amazing clients during a dental visit.

Previous dental experiences were tough for our sweet Sagelee, but this time looked very different. With her PawPaw, BCBA, and technician right by her side, providing familiar support and encouragement, Sagelee showed so much bravery and growth.

We are beyond proud of the hard work she put in today and how far she has come. Moments like these remind us why collaboration and individualized support matter so much. Way to go, Sagelee! 🌟🦷💙

💯 100 Days at OTABA New Iberia! 💯

We may be 100 days in, but some of us feel like we’ve been doing this for decades 😉
Today we celebrated 100 days of ABA at our New Iberia location with lots of laughs, teamwork, creativity, and a little “old school” flair.

These first 100 days have been filled with growth, learning, progress, and so many meaningful moments with our kiddos and families. We are incredibly proud of this team and grateful for the heart they bring into the clinic every single day.

Here’s to 100 days down and many more milestones ahead 💙

Our sweet Evan turns 5 today and we are so excited to celebrate him! Evan loves Daniel Tiger, his trusty dump truck, and his newest favorite toy… his animal ferris wheel 🎡🐾.

Evan is such a wonderful addition to our OTABA family, and we are so happy to have him with us. Please help us wish Evan the happiest of birthdays and show him some birthday love! 💙

✨ Spotlight Moment ✨

While yesterday was a great day overall, we had to pause and share this incredibly sweet moment. One of our caregivers got to see, firsthand, the impact of the work we do here at OTABA.

Our friend’s hair had grown quite long, and mom wanted it much shorter. With patience, care, and a whole lot of love, our hairdresser made it happen and this reaction says it all.

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. The confidence, the trust, the joy… this is the magic. 💛✂️

We are so proud of our team and so grateful to witness these wins, big and small.

You may have noticed a new face greeting you in the mornings at drop-off and waving hello during afternoon pick-ups! 👋

Please join us in welcoming Allie Venable, our new Operations Manager, to the OTABA family!

Allie brings over a decade of experience in operations and organization, with a talent for keeping all the moving pieces flowing smoothly behind the scenes. We’re so excited to have her on board and can’t wait for our families to get to know her.

When she’s not helping keep OTABA running like a well-oiled machine, Allie is fully immersed in mom life, coaching cheer, and spending as much time as possible with her little girl 💕
