We have some BIG NEWS to share with you…

We are officially STATE LICENSED!!!

Now, what does that mean?

It means that we have met the strict standards set by the state to provide safe, high-quality hospice care to our community. It confirms that our team, processes, and patient care services have been thoroughly reviewed and approved to serve individuals and families with compassion, dignity, and excellence during life’s most important moments.

We are honored to serve our community and grateful for the incredible support from our partners, supporters, and everyone who believed in this vision. Thank you, ALL.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to attend our volunteer workshop this morning. Your willingness to serve, give back, and be present for others is truly inspiring.

Volunteering is more than just helping, it’s bringing comfort, hope, and compassion to those who need it most. Today was a beautiful reminder of what happens when people come together with a heart to serve, and we are incredibly grateful for each of you who showed up and said “yes” to making a difference.

What a blast today at River Oaks Retirement Manor! Our very own, Tyler Robicheaux, had the honor of DJing their Mardi Gras Mambo, and the energy, smiles, and dancing were absolutely amazing. There’s nothing like bringing music, laughter, and a little Mardi Gras magic to our community!

A huge thank you to the team at River Oaks for letting us be part of this special day. Let the good times roll!

Ever wondered how you could truly make a difference in someone’s life, just by showing up?

We are hosting a 𝑽𝒐𝒍𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒆𝒓 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒑 and we’re inviting 𝐘𝐎𝐔 to learn what hospice volunteering really looks like. It’s about 𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑝𝑎𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑜𝑛, 𝑝𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑚𝑒𝑎𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑓𝑢𝑙 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑛𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 with patients and families in our community.

We’re excited to host a Volunteer Workshop on February 21 at Magnolia Square Venue in New Iberia! This workshop is designed to support, educate, and inspire our incredible hospice volunteers as they continue to bring comfort, compassion, and presence to those we serve.

Hospice volunteers play a vital role by:
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Providing respite for caregivers
• Sharing talents like music, crafts, or reading
• Assisting with office or community support
• Simply being a comforting presence when it matters most
