The service is operated locally by Wesley Family Services of Pennsylvania in partnership with St. This service does not require patients to have UPMC Insurance. Operating hours are 8:00 am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday. All other hours may be provided as needed and with available staff. Patients are transported to UPMC facilities only, not independent doctor's offices that accept UPMC Insurance. Due to the need of this service, patients are requested to call the office ASAP once medical appointment is obtained. Escorts can also ride for free.
