Stay hydrated!

It is HOT outside. Even years out from surgery, you are at a high risk for dehydration. Please do everything you can to stay hydrated.

Some tips:

*if you are struggling to remember, set timers or alarms on your phone
* plain water is best, but flavor it to make it a little more exciting or appetizing (see drink choices below, must be SUGAR FREE, not "no sugar added")
*infuse water with fruits and vegetables like cucumber, strawberry, pineapple, and lemon
*buy a popsicle mold and make your own popsicles with crystal lite or MIO
*carry your water bottle with you wherever you go!
