Integrated Physical Medicine Christmas Party 2025 🎉

Sixteen years ago, our very first IPM holiday party had six people in the room.
This year… we packed the place with over 35 people representing our four locations across New Lenox, Joliet, Naperville, and Roselle. ❤️

From a tiny group with a big dream in 2010… to a multidisciplinary healthcare team providing chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage therapy, dry needling, acupuncture, athletic training, medical services and more, we are incredibly grateful for how far this journey has come.

🌀 There is a time and place for imaging… and this case was a perfect example.

An athlete came in with what they believed was just a strained neck from football and wrestling. During the history and examination, a few things stood out that did not match a simple muscle strain. That careful evaluation led to taking cervical spine imaging, which revealed an avulsion fracture in the lower cervical spine that absolutely needed attention!

This is why a complete history and a thorough examination matter. They guide clinical decision making and ensure that imaging is used when it is necessary, not automatically and not guesswork. When a few simple signs point toward something more serious, the responsible choice is to look deeper.
