Let’s normalize this: it’s okay to “cheat” on your massage therapist. 🤣

If you can’t get in with your regular person, or the timing just doesn’t work — please don’t wait it out in pain or tension.

Your body doesn’t care about loyalty; it cares about support.

Every therapist has their own style. Even with lots of training and techniques, the way I work is my way — and sometimes trying someone new gives your body a different input it didn’t even know it needed.

Massage isn’t about exclusivity 😊

I’ve been a massage therapist for over 20 years, and these days I run my solo practice, Zen Moms Massage Therapy, where I focus on helping busy moms find real relief from stress, tension, and those everyday aches that tend to linger.

I know how easy it is to put yourself last when you’re juggling everything and everyone else. That’s why I love creating a calm, supportive space where you can exhale, let go, and leave feeling lighter than when you arrived. 😌
