The Imagine Center is located in New Lexington, Ohio, and is owned and operated by PerCo Inc. Our mission is to enrich the lives of the individuals we serve by supporting them in developing daily living skills, achieving personal goals, and reaching meaningful outcomes. Through encouragement, education, and community involvement, we strive to help each individual imagine—and live—their best life.

All adult individuals served by the Perry County Board of Developmental Disabilities (PCBDD) are eligible to participate in services at the Imagine Center. To learn more, reach out to your SSA at PCBDD to schedule a tour and discuss how our program can support you or someone you know.

At the Imagine Center, we’re here to serve those served by PCBDD.

At PerCo Inc., our priority is to help individuals learn and succeed. We work with goal setting, and assisting them in achieving these goals. An individual has the opportunity to make independent choices that will impact their day to day lives. Individuals are in working environments that are safe and enjoyable. We provide mentoring to assist individuals to reach their full potential. PerCo individuals are very important. We make sure they know how important they are in their community. Our goal is to provide professional supports and services.
