We've had position transitions internally in our administration team at PerCo Inc.
Morgan Guisinger has accepted the position of program manager and will start in her role on Monday, May 11th. Morgan has been a part of the PerCo Inc. team since June 2017, starting with PerCo Inc. as a DSP on to operations manager and embracing all responsibilities in her positions as she moved up into administration. We're confident in Morgan's abilities in her duties as our program manager.
Jess Keck has accepted the position of operations manager and will start her role on Monday, May 11th. Jess has been with us since 2021, starting as a DSP, recreation specialist, and currently operations manager assistant. Jessica is off to a great start with Morgan's guidance in her new role. You can do it!
These ladies step up to each new challenge that happens every day. As a team, they figure it out, and we are grateful for their dedication.

Jessica Bowers's last day with us was today. We are truly going to miss you, but we also know where to find you 😉We wish you nothing but the best on your exciting new journey and adventure. A Direct Support Professional assists an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead self-directed lives. Through community integration, assisting with life skills and encouraging positive attitudes in positive environments.
PerCo Inc Is an Adult Day Service Center for IDD individuals.
Location : PerCo, Inc.
280 South State Street-Admin Office
New Lexington, Ohio 43764
Regular Hours: Up to 40 hours; Monday through Friday
May be required to flex schedule. No overnights. No weekends
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Dept. of Developmental Disabilities Adult Service Registration (PerCo Inc. will train the candidate)
• Must have great attendance and attitude, good oral & written communication skills; ability to use or learn software and technology.
• Valid driver’s license; good driving record and insurable
• Expected to work as scheduled.
• background check, drug screen and physical required at PerCo Inc.’s expense.
All training and pre-employment cost is covered by PerCo Inc.
Benefits: Wages start at $16 per hour no experience; All-Purpose Leave (APL) after probation; 8 paid holidays.
