🚨 Important Office Update 🚨

Beginning Tuesday, May 12, our office will be transitioning to our new computer system, Epic.

During this transition, you may notice longer wait times in the office and on the phone as our team learns and adjusts to the new system.

When you come in for your appointment, please be prepared to:
-Show your current insurance card(s)
-Complete a new HIPAA form

We kindly ask for your understanding and patience with our staff during this change.
