My anxiety is through the roof! Entirely stressed out!! So I'm sitting here taking deep breaths and listening to the waves. It's so calming. So for everyone having a bad day, feeling a little stressed, take some good deep breaths. Breathe in, breathe out. And enjoy the sound of some waves!
