ROOTS & RESILIENCE Therapy Group for Black Women

Join us for a special healing experience rooted in joy, movement, and mindfulness 🌿

We’ll start the evening by learning the “Dangerous” line dance 💃🏾 A fun and energizing way to connect through rhythm and community.
Then we’ll wind down with guided journaling and a peaceful sound meditation on the beach, led by Dr. Janelle Posey-Green, LCSW.
