You can’t rescue everyone from everything, and that is so against my natural reaction! Every day, I’m reminded that we are emotional beings who think once in a while, instead of thinking beings who feel once in a while. No coffee with Krisie this morning. I ended my week last week with filling my prayer box with the intention God help to hold us in his arms and show me the next right answer for everyone.

The answers started coming on Monday and are still coming today. Right now I am in the emergency room with Jeff as it appears that something shifted in his spine and is causing big trouble. They have admitted him and we are waiting for the Neuro surgeon.

It has been a hard week for all my people and I repeatedly have taken several deep breaths and leaned into the uncertainty that has filled the week and realized I can control nothing and thinking I can is only a false sense of security that doesn’t seem to serve these situations at all.

Take a deep breath lean in and let go… repeat.. so hard….

Remember all you can do is the next right thing.
