You've landed at the social media headquarters of Lake Sunapee Region VNA & Hospice, a non-profit home health care agency serving individuals of all ages in parts of Sullivan, Grafton and Merrimack counties in New Hampshire. Our mission is to help clients remain safe at home with home health care, hospice, palliative care and personal care services. Wellness programs, such as bereavement support groups, foot care clinics, memory respite care and health education, are also available.
