As you know some road widening has taken place at Willetts Ave and Boston Post Road in Waterford. Well, next week they will be milling and paving. If you go this way daily, you will be impacted! Details below:



On Tuesday, July 1 and Wednesday, July 2 between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm there will be milling and paving through the intersection of Boston Post Rd (Rte 1) and Willetts Ave. Westbound traffic on Willetts Ave (towards Waterford) in New London will be diverted onto Beckwith Street and to Rte 1. There will be short temporary closures of Boston Post Rd (Rte 1) at the intersection of Willetts Ave that will likely cause significant delays.


Please try to avoid this area during construction.

Maple Mae Monday update! This little lady is growing up fast! She continues to "work" with all our clients, patiently waiting for everyone to greet her. She is especially attentive to those who need a bit of extra care.

During her downtime, her favorite activity is camping with her big brother, Milo!

Another project getting ready to start….we have a few this summer!


Willetts Ave near the Rte 1 intersection will start construction on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 and run for approximately 3 weeks as they begin to widen that intersection for three lanes on Willetts Ave. In July, they will mill and pave, but the next few weeks is the widening of the road near Rte 1.


If you guessed find another route for the next three to four weeks, you guessed correct! This will cause heavy delays for traffic on Willetts Ave, so please slow down, put phones away and expect delays if you can’t find another road to use.


The work will be conducted Mon-Fri during the hours of 7am-3pm.

Oh what a night!

Our Evening of Power and Purpose was more than a gala fundraiser. It was a night filled with testimonies, joy, education and giving - all supporting our cancer community.

We are grateful for JJenna Wolfefor sharing her journey and inspiring so many.
