Our passion at Sacred Intelligence, LLC, is helping individuals deepen their sacred, selfish and shared journeys. If we have weak, unhappy and negative relationships with others, we tend to be more pessimistic. We believe that developing a strong relationship with the sacre

d fosters a healthy selfish relationship which leads to improved shared relationships. To help deepen your journeys, Sacred Intelligence, LLC, offers retreats, seminars and trainings for various groups, institutions, service providers, parents and faith-based organizations, as well as for individual members of the public. Our staff engages the audience by focusing on the targeted needs of the particular group, yet touches the individual lives of participants by encouraging them to deepen their sacred, selfish and shared relationships. When are we (Black folks) ever given the benefit of the doubt?

Safety is never a guarantee for Black folks, not even in our own homes.

If you are reading this post and have tried to justify what Sean Grayson, the police officer who murdered Sonya Massey did, then you are one of the people who don't understand how racism is insidious in our society.

Every day. Every. Single. Day. Black folks have to think about who we are, how we are seen, and how we have to navigate this world.

If you don't have to do that, be grateful. And take the opportunity to understand how racism is perpetuated intentionally and unintentionally. If you live in a bubble where you think this was simply a mistake Owens, get some much needed help and know your history.

Have a conversation where you are willing to learn and not defend.

Don't be afraid to learn the history of this country, which is steeped in racist and oppressive practice.

Move away from guilt and shame into action.

Racism will only end when we all do our part and heal from the inside out.

What happens when we stop hiding, show up as ourselves, and embrace possibilities and opportunities?

What's the ripple effect? How can our courage and willingness to be visible create change now and for future generations?

Have you ever done something and look back on it months later and think “Wow. That’s pretty good?!” That happens to me when I listen to my meditations.

I created them to accompany my book “Dismantling Racism.” The meditations, however, are much broader and can be used to center you, call you back to who you are or to remind you of your purpose.

DEI leaders, use them to ground yourself in this work. Use them in your workshops to ground folks.

I invite you to take a listen. If you don’t have Apple Music, you can listen to them on your favorite platform.
