Let’s move our bodies with kindness, intention, and community!
This month, we’re starting the 50 Mile Club — a gentle, motivating challenge to help us move more, feel better, and celebrate every step (or roll, stretch, and ride!) together.
Here’s how it works:
✅ Your Monthly Goal: 50 Miles of Movement
Walk at least 35 miles this month 🚶♀️
Add 15 miles of other movement (yoga, biking, swimming, dancing, tennis, etc. — we’ll help you convert it into miles!)
Track your progress however works best for you — we’ll also share printable + digital trackers 🗓️
💛 This Challenge is:
Gentle, supportive, and encouraging
Not competitive
Perfect for all bodies and all fitness levels
About progress, not perfection
🎉 We’ll be celebrating milestones (every 5 miles!) with digital badges and supportive shoutouts right here in the group.
