In honor of National Long-Term Care Administrators Week, the Harbor Village Health & Rehabilitation Center Leadership Team came together to celebrate our incredible Center Executive Director, Brooke Johnson, with a surprise pot-luck breakfast! 🍳☕

It was truly a “Toast to You” moment as our leadership staff gathered to thank Brooke for everything she does to guide Harbor Village. From supporting residents and families to leading our team with dedication and heart, Brooke keeps our community running smoothly every single day.

🌟 Successful Resident Discharge: Elaine Seeber 🌟

Elaine came to Harbor Village Rehabilitation & Nursing Center after a prolonged hospital stay, needing increased assistance with self-care and mobility due to decreased strength, balance, and endurance. She was at high risk for falls and unable to safely manage stairs.

Through persistence, humor, and dedication to therapy, Elaine made remarkable progress—walking 500 feet with standby assist, negotiating 12 stairs, and requiring far less help with daily tasks. She is now safely returning home with her husband! 💙
