🐾 Pawsitive Vibes Only at Harbor Village! 🐶💕

Today we welcome our favorite furry friends—Bella and Bevo—for a heartwarming pet therapy visit! 🐕✨ Residents lit up with smiles, laughter, and plenty of cuddles as these two brought their gentle energy and wagging tails through our halls.
There’s nothing quite like the comfort and joy of a four-legged friend. Thank you, Bella and Bevo, for spreading so much love—our hearts (and treat bags) are full! 💗🐾

🎉 National Tattoo Day at Harbor Village! 🖋️💙

On Thursday, July 17th, our residents and staff had a blast celebrating National Tattoo Day! From temporary tattoos to creative designs and lots of laughs, everyone got in on the fun.

Whether it was flowers, hearts, or just something silly—we wore our “ink” proudly and shared stories behind real and imagined tattoos alike. What a fun way to express ourselves and spark connection!

Back by popular demand, our Harbor Village residents and team were treated to warm, fluffy funnel cakes today—topped just the way they like them! From powdered sugar to sweet drizzles, every bite brought smiles and sweet memories. 💛

🏋️ A Journey of Strength and Success – Testimonial from S.A.! 🙌

We’re proud to celebrate S.A.’s rehab success! They came to Harbor Village Rehabilitation & Nursing Center on May 29 after hip surgery, barely able to walk or care for themself. With determination and the support of our team, they regained strength, mobility, and independence — and returned home to their loved ones.

S.A. shared that they enjoyed their rehab experience and encouraged others to rely on professionals rather than go it alone.

While chatting with our kitchen staff, Paul couldn’t stop raving about the meals. When asked what he liked best, he smiled and said, “EVERYTHING!”

He shared that he hasn’t had a bad meal yet and that, compared to other rehab facilities he’s been to, the food here truly stands out — from hearty pasta dishes to fresh-made snacks and even simple meals done just right.
