Most people don’t struggle with motivation — they struggle with clarity.

They’re not lazy.
They’re not broken.
They’re just trying to do too much, too fast, with no real plan.

In a small town especially, people bounce between workouts they see online, what their buddy does, and what they used to do years ago.

Progress comes from doing the right things consistently — not more things.

If fitness has felt frustrating or confusing, that’s not a character flaw. It just means you haven’t been shown a better way yet.

• 2–4 strength sessions per week
• Daily movement (walking counts)
• Something you’ll actually stick to

We’re adding TWO new Morning Strength Class times to the schedule 💪

✔️ No long-term commitment
✔️ Come to one or both (or any of the evening times!)
✔️ Mix these in with our evening classes
✔️ Same coaching. Same energy. More flexibility.

This is simply two more chances each week to train — especially if mornings fit your schedule better.
