In 1997, Julia Hill climbed a 200-foot 1000-year-old Californian redwood tree and did not come down for 738 days to prevent Pacific Lumber Company loggers from cutting it down. She ultimately reached an agreement with the company to spare the tree and a 200-foot buffer zone surrounding it.

There is still time to register for tomorrow's (Friday, April 11th, 2025) Despacho Workshop from 9:30-11:30 at Synergy Yoga, 3773 Hursch Rd New Madison, Oh.

Spring, a time of birth.....rebirth.....renewal.....emergence.

This is a perfect time to thank Mother Earth, to come into ayni/right relationship, by creating a Despacho (offering) to send our gratitude and prayers for the growing season/for abundance in our gardens and fields.

Join me on Friday, April 11th at Synergy Yoga (3773 Hursch Rd New Madison, OH) from 9:30-11:30 am to create your own Despacho and learn different methods to perform ceremony to convey the energies to spirit.

Cost: $35/person; 10% discount for I Am Well members; All materials will be provided.

I am excited to welcome I Am Well Darke County as a remote site for Synergy Yoga's Monday morning Energy Medicine Yoga class, which runs from 9:00-10:00 am.
All Synergy Yoga classes went online in 2020; and now, these classes are offered in a hybrid format, which means you can participate in-person at the studio (3773 Hursch Rd. New Madison, OH) or online over Zoom from your home. I Am Well Darke County (300 Sycamore St. Greenville, OH) has just become a remote site where you gather to join the EMYoga class livestreamed over Zoom.
If you would like to be a part of the Synergy Yoga online community at I Am Well, please register each week by going to my website, and completing and submitting the form...https://www.loisbunger.com/whatsnew. You can pay by credit card from the same website page or pay by cash on site the day of the class. ($10 Drop-in / $9 for I Am Well members)
