We had a busy day! 😃 Cleaning out our vans for exercise and working within a group. 🗑️ Being reminded of what to do incase of a 🌪️ tornado or if a 🌊 flood happens. Then off to the Hunter-Dawson Home to learn about the earlier days of when the family built the home and the history behind it. We love to practice our manners, boundaries, being with our staff and peers and looking out for one another. Exploring the different artifacts was definitely an interesting and mind blowing experience for us. 🤯 The tour guides were amazing and answered any questions that we had for them. We had an amazing day! 🌟

Today we got to celebrate THREE amazing birthdays — our wonderful staff Hannah 💐 and Tamara 🌟, along with our sweet friend Helen 🎂!

We had such a fun little party with cake, gifts, and lots of laughter. 🥳🎁 The best part was seeing everyone come together as friends to celebrate these special ladies and make them feel loved. 💙

Knowing what we want and asking for permission then appreciating what is given to us is an emotional feeling. 🤗 We love being socializing with our friends and showing them what we like. Then it was off to shop to build confidence in ourselves and utilize our manners and boundary skills in public. Also, who doesn’t like a good game of hangman with their friends? Writing a thank you note is being thoughtful to our friends and practicing writing skills. ✍️ 👏 A joyful day!! 😃
