Our first baby of 2026 is a GIRL! 🩷🎉 Leora Diane was born to Emma Jean Kaufman at 12:32 a.m. today, Jan. 1. Mom shared she was teased throughout her pregnancy that her baby would be a New Year's baby, but she didn't believe it, she just wanted a happy and healthy baby. Now that little Leora is here, she said it's pretty cool to have the first baby of 2026! Mom also wanted to share her gratefulness for Catholic Charities of Southern Missouri LifeHouse Crisis Maternity Home and how she's thankful for the opportunity to live there and be a part of their amazing support programs for moms and babies. Congratulations, Emma!
