The WVU Medicine Powhatan Pharmacy will be closing, effective 12/31/2025. If you are a patient at our Powhatan location, please take note of these important adjustments:
• Medications and medical records will be transferred to the Bellaire Health Center Pharmacy.
• Patients may begin picking up their medications at the Bellaire location beginning in the new year or may sign up for mail order options for non-emergent/chronic medications.
• Some limited delivery options may be available.
• Additional information via at-home mailers and in-store handouts will be provided as we continue navigating this change.
• For questions or concerns, patients may call the Powhatan Pharmacy at 740-795-4837.
