If you’re struggling with acne, here’s what I don’t recommend first:

❌ buying every trending product
❌ drying your skin into submission
❌ blaming hormones without a plan

What I do recommend first? Getting back to basics — strategically.

Acne isn’t just “dirty pores.” It’s inflammation, barrier damage, congestion, bacteria, and sometimes lifestyle playing together. That’s why the first step is always:
✔️ repairing the skin barrier
✔️ calming inflammation
✔️ clearing congestion without over-exfoliating

From there, professional facials, gentle exfoliation, and targeted treatments actually start working with your skin instead of against it.

Acne doesn’t need punishment — it needs a plan.
And once the foundation is right, everything else works better.
