Cat works with adolescents and adults to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and self-esteem concerns. Using CBT, DBT, and a holistic approach, she helps clients challenge negative thought patterns, strengthen coping skills, and build a healthier relationship with themselves. She is passionate about supporting recovery from eating disorders and is currently pursuing her CEDS certification.
