Caregiving can be a daunting responsibility and it can put you at risk for many health issues. To ease the burden of caregiving there are community resources that you can turn to for support and guidance. Candlewood Valley Health & Rehabilitation is one of those places.

We offer an Alzheimer’s Support Group the First Wednesday of Every Month at 12:00 Noon – led by certified Alzheimer’s Support GroupTrainer and Social Service Director, Cindy LaCour. Let us be there for you, so that you may be there for your loved one!
