✨Are you a Reiki practitioner, counselor, nurse, empath, or energy healer drawn to deepen your spiritual gifts and serve more clients, the collective in the earth during these tumultuous times?

This immersive, 13-month training unfolds one Saturday per month, combining Contemporary and Core Shamanism, Andean Energy Medicine, and Mesa building all shared with permission and respect.

Learn traditional sacred healing tools from the healing traditions of North and South America, along with cross-cultural energy medicine practices that compliment, Reiki, bodywork, and intuitive healing practices.

Whether you attend in person in New Milford, CT or join via live Zoom (with recordings), this program offers a flexible, and heart-centered journey to reconnect with the earth-honoring traditions, deepen our connection to spirit guides, angels, ancestors and spirits of nature to facilitate healing and empowerment for ourselves and others.

Inside this training, you will:
Amplify confidence, intuition, and spiritual connection — deepen your bond with spirit guides, angels, ancestors, and Mother Earth and learn to work together with these powerful allies for healing, empowerment and service for yourself and others.

Expand your energetic toolkit — integrate new contemporary Shamanic journey practices, along with traditional Andean practices such as building your personal Mesa, connecting with your own Medicine Wheel, and ancestral techniques into your healing work and everyday life.

Establish a holistic spiritual foundation — create a strong foundation of energetic practices including proper cleansing, protection and establishing sacred space for your personal healing and spiritual practice and work with clients.

Give back through sacred support — each month, a portion of the program proceeds supports social and environmental justice initiatives (including the Q’ero of Peru, Amazon preservation, World Central Kitchen, and American Forests). 🌎💜🌈✨🌻🐾😇

Card #1 in the middle: What is the main theme to pay attention to? 7 of Swords 🫣⚔️ …it’s time to cut through the illusions and misinformation, and to see the truth of those who do not support our higher good and are only focused on their own interests. Look beyond what’s being said and portrayed, and tune into your inner wisdom.

Card #2 on left, what do we do about it? The World 🌎 the end of this cycle. We need to choose to embrace clarity even if we’ve been wrong about some things. Maybe we’ve been fooling ourselves or letting others take advantage of our trust. No more. That trust needs to be earned.🧐

Card #3 on right, how can we be of service? The Hermit. 🧙🏽Trust in your inner wisdom, experience and intuition. Listen to the elders. Be a guiding light 🌞for those who are looking for clarity and truth, and are tired of the fakes, the falsehoods and having their trust broken.

Three Monarch caterpillars 🐛 made themselves visible this morning. This is why we plant 🌱 milkweed and pollinator plants in our yard. My partner Keith has tended these plants for a few years now to support the pollinator pathway. 🐝🐛🦋There are various types of milkweed and what we have seems to multiply well on its own. Something uplifting in these times of intense and difficult change. 🌀🩵

The hunger catastrophe in Gaza is entirely caused by the men of war on both sides of the Erez crossing: the ones who massacred Israeli civilians on Oct. 7, 2023, and the ones who have been killing tens of thousands of Palestinian civilians in the more than 21 months since.

We are far beyond the blame game of who is the more guilty party. We don’t have the time to argue about who is holding up the food trucks.

A starving human being needs food today, not tomorrow.” 💔

Deana Paqua, MA, LMT of Embody the Sacred, is a teacher, student and practitioner of Cross-Cultural Energy Medicine, Contemporary and Core Shamanism, and Holistic Health education in practice for 22 years. She is also an Adjunct Professor in the Holistic Health division of the Health Promotion Department at Western Connecticut State University in Danbury, CT. And is also a Licensed Massage Therapist, Usui and Karuna® Reiki Master Teacher, Integrative Energy Therapy® Master Instructor, Flower Essence and Plant Spirit Energy Medicine Practitioner, and Ordained Minister. She found her personal path of healing through recovery from cancer, a severe anxiety disorder and a near-fatal car accident in 1997, which was her “crash course” in self-healing. Now, she gratefully lives her soul’s mission as the humble teacher of great heroes in the hills of Northwestern CT with her partner Keith, her 88-year old Mother, and their two rescue dogs, Lexi and Charley.
