This is not a “meal”, but definitely a money saver if you buy almond butter. Homemade tastes 100 times better than store bought.
Roast whole almonds at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
After they have cooled, throw them in a food processor and process until it is as smooth as you like it. I process mine for 8 minutes and scrape the sides every 2-3 minutes.

Finally tried chicken crust pizza, yummy 😋
1 can canned chicken
1 oz fresh Parmesan
1 egg
Toppings of your choice
Drain and dry chicken, bake chicken at 350 for 10 mins to dry out. Needs to be dry if you want a crispy crust.
Let chicken cool enough so it won’t cook the egg.
Season to taste, I used garlic and onion powder and Italian seasoning. Add the Parmesan and egg, Mia until everything is well combined.
Spread on baking sheet lined with parchment, use another sheet of parchment to press on the crust, make as thin as possible. Bake at 500 for 5-10 mins until crispy.
Top with toppings of choice and bake for another 5 mins or until toppings are baked through.

Keto/low carb S’mores
Ingredients:
Catalina Crunch Cereal-cinnamon toast
Sugar free max mallow
Lily’s sugar free milk chocolate chips
Muffin paper liners
Pam spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
-Line cupcake pan with paper liners. Spray them with a nonstick spray-I used pam
-line each cupcake liner with cereal
-place one max mallow on top of each
-sprinkle chocolate chips over each
Bake 10 minutes or until max mallows are melted and toasted brown.
So delicious!

My blueberry fat bombs turned out fabulous.😋😍
The recipe yields 18 , so I made 12 I am aware they are large.. I been eating these and strawberry ones for about 28 days now and have lost 15 pounds. You want my recipe?
Ingredients:
1-8 oz soften cream cheese
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbs sucralose ( your favorite sweetener)
3 tbs Heavy whipping cream
Directions
In a mixing bowl add soften cream cheese.
In food processor chop blueberries,then add to the mixing bowl.
Add your tsp vanilla extract
Add 3 tbs sweetener
Add 3 tbs HWC
Last add 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
Blend well with a mixer
The line a cookie sheet with foil
and spoon out, yields 18.
Put in freezer, when frozen eat.

Low carb brownie waffles
Makes 4 waffles
2 ounces cream cheese
1 egg
3 tsp almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp crushed walnuts
2 tsp 100% cacao
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp Swerve confectioner sugar
Combine all ingredients and add even parts to waffle maker.
Top with sugar free chocolate syrup and nuts. enjoy

Preheat oven 375
Bake for 35 min
8 eggs
¾ cup Heavy whipping cream
8oz Vermont cheddar cheese grated
1 bag microwave broccoli florets(cut small)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp black pepper
Mix everything together and pour in sprayed
8-9 inch pie plate. Bake for 35 min. Once cooled

4 Tbsp Monk fruit sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp avocado oil
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1. Spray a loaf pan with non stick cooking spray.

Vanilla Blueberry Keto Cake in a Mug!
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Full Fat Cream Cheese
2 tbsp Coconut flour
1 tbsp Sweetener
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1 Egg
About a dozen blueberries
Instructions:
1. Place butter and cream cheese in a microwave-safe mug and microwave for 20 seconds to soften it.
2. Add the coconut flour, sweetener, vanilla, baking powder, and egg, and mix thoroughly.
3. Scrape down the sides of the mug and then gently fold in the blueberries.
4. Microwave for 1 minute. Check for doneness and microwave for a few seconds more if need be. (The timing is based on microwave watts)
5. Let cool for 5 minutes before eating. Store leftover mug cake covered at room temperature for up to one day.

Keto Friendly Choclate Chip Cheesecake Pie 😍🤩
1 nut pie crust (I used pecan crust)
1 block cream cheese softened
1 package sugarfree Cheesecake jello mix
2 cups heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup lily's chocolate chips
Beat heavy cream,cream cheese, pudding mix together really well.
Fold in chocolate chips
Pour in pie crust and refrigerate until ready to serve
