Starting fresh requires the inner strength to:

Took a little time away last week in Italy — celebrating a wedding in Tuscany and then a few days in Venice. 💙

I left my laptop and social media behind and simply enjoyed meeting new people and being with the ones I love.

Stepping away gave me the space to reset and come back feeling renewed — a reminder that sometimes the most important thing we can do is pause. 🌿

But you don’t have to travel across the world to pause. It could be a weekend by the beach, a family get-together, a day spent hiking or cycling, or whatever helps you step away to recharge. 🌿

In coaching, I help my clients find their own ways to pause — through fun and recreation, and meaningful moments that allow them to reconnect and reset. 💜

This weekend at the beach for a yoga retreat with one of my close friends (and pup 🐾) was the perfect reminder that restoration, joy, and play are just as important to our health and well-being. Yoga brought rejuvenation, the beach brought calm, and friendship brought connection—exactly the balance we all need.

Examples can be as simple as:
