Field Trip Enjoyed by All! Special Connections embarked on a trip to AMC Theater for a showing of LILO and STICH 2. This was followed by a group lunch at That's Amore Pizzeria. Returning to the center, Ms. Sharon, Ms. Theresa, and Ms. Brenda kindly provided a refreshing treat of ice-cold watermelon to everyone!!

Special Connections kicked off Summer 2025 with an Hawaiian get away! Our participants touched down to an island paradise party. They were greeted with a big "Aloha," presented with colorful Lei, sipped frozen fruit drinks from the Tiki Hut, then delighted in an Hawaiian feast complete with grilled chicken, fruit salad, shrimp fried rice and pineapple upside down cake! Followed by Hula dancing instructions and a limbo contest!! Thanks to the terrific staff and volunteers that made this a memorable event for everyone!

The exceptional Special Connections staff organized a delightful day featuring games, food, an egg hunt, and culminated the event with a visit from the Easter Bunny!
