So....You know how you make plans and nothing works out the way you planned it? Yea, well... I had it all planned out to relaunch the blog and get things going over here and God said...."naw fam...you should rest"....🙃...so...that's what I did. Not necessarily by choice....but by need. So all of August was dedicated to rest and recovery and being still. I have been jotting things down in anticipation of connecting with you all...but more importantly, I've been letting God lead me. If you know me, you know how hard I struggled with obedience...so pray for ya girl and stick with me...cause I def have some things in store.

Hey yall!

We have some new followers so I feel the need to say heeeeyyy!

I'm Brandi 👋🏽

I'm a Social Worker here in New Orleans who specializes in Mental Health and Wellness. I've been in the profession for almost 10yrs...but I've been passionate about it my whole life. I'm a 2nd generation social worker so...it's my blood. Lol

I started this page as a random blog on my journey to mother hood and how I was balancing the stress of it all. Initially I just put one foot in front of the other and went where God led me. As I have shared what keeps me motivated, inspired and pushing forward ...things just grew from there.

Now here we are a couple years later and I think I have a little more direction. Now I don't know everything but I'll share what I know and hope it helps you the way it has helped me.
