You asked for it! Beginner Hatha Yoga on Mondays starting September 22 at 6:30pm.
This is a Beginner class, if you are an experienced yogi you are welcome to attend and you may modify your own asanas. However, this will be taught at a Beginner Level. I teach 8 limbed Hatha Yoga, so we will also be practicing breathwork, meditation and briefly discussing all the limbs.
Donation based.
It is not on website yet, but you can register there soon. And, dropins are always welcome.
