As Turtle Yoga closes its doors on Belleville Street, I can't help but reflect on the time I spent there teaching yoga, practicing Reiki and finally, moving into Shamanic instruction and Quantum Energetics.
It's been a journey of learning for me.
I am deeply grateful to the students who walked into our studio, to Raegan who shared my journey from day one to closing, to Heather Turner who created beautiful sound beside me, to Cindy Mohammed who brought the Essence of the Flower into the studio and to all my friends who supported me off the mat.
A special thanks to family members who supported me behind the scenes with website assistance, painting, repairing and moving.
Yoga teaches us non attachment. I move out of this space with a heart at peace and with excitement for the next adventure.

Here's the update Monday at 1pm. I will be here til 4. Back on Tuesday morning. Everything is $5 or free except for the Tibetan healing drum. It is $50. The shelf is sold already.
