NASA is orbiting the moon right now — and their workout changes everything about how you should be training this summer.
The Artemis II crew launched April 1, 2026 and is currently using a flywheel exercise device aboard the Orion capsule. The science behind that device is the same science the American College of Sports Medicine just put at the center of their first major resistance training update since 2009.
Swipe through all 10 slides to learn:
• Why the eccentric (lowering) phase of every exercise is where most of your muscle growth signal comes from
• What time under tension means and how to apply it with any equipment you already have
• What the new 2026 ACSM guidelines say about building strength vs. building muscle
• Why most gym programs accidentally create muscular imbalances — and how to train smarter
• How Strong & Lean and Maxwell Nutrition Unlimited can help you apply all of this this summer
